Colten Fisher

Colten Fisher has been with Hurst, Robin, Kay & Allen, LLC, a leading Chicago family law firm, since December 2022. Starting as a law clerk during his first semester at DePaul University College of Law, Colten has worked on a wide range of family law matters in Illinois, including divorce, prenuptial agreements, property division, parenting time disputes, child support, and domestic violence cases. He will join the firm as an associate in November 2025, pending bar admission.

Known for his dynamic thinking and ability to find workable solutions, Colten helps clients navigate complex legal matters with clarity, confidence, and compassion. His approach focuses on protecting client rights, advancing their priorities, and achieving resolutions that minimize unnecessary conflict while prioritizing the best interests of children.
