Attorney Olga Allen has dedicated her legal career to helping families resolve complex family law matters.
Meet Olga Allen
Since 2007, Olga A. Allen has dedicated her practice exclusively to family law, representing clients in divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, property division, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, financial disputes, and appellate matters. With extensive experience in both complex litigation and negotiated settlements, Ms. Allen tailors her approach to each client’s unique circumstances rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all strategy.
Clients consistently commend Ms. Allen for her compassion, responsiveness, and results-driven advocacy, earning her a strong reputation in the community. She believes that the best outcomes often come through settlement, but she is always prepared to litigate when necessary to protect her clients’ interests.
Ms. Allen has successfully handled hundreds of cases, both through litigation as well as outside of court, including complex custody and financial matters, and she has prevailed in both the Illinois Appellate Courts as well as the Illinois Supreme Court through her appellate practice. Her work has been recognized by Super Lawyers, where she was named a “Rising Star” every year between 2016 and 2022. In 2024, 2025, and 2026, Ms. Allen was named a “Super Lawyer” – an honor reserved for those lawyers who exhibit excellence in practice, and a distinction which only 5% of attorneys in Illinois receive. As one of a small number of attorneys selected to Super Lawyers, Olga Allen gained this recognition through professional achievement, peer recognition, and other distinguishing criteria.
She is fluent in Polish and is proudly committed to serving the Polish Community through her advocacy.
Outside of her practice, Ms. Allen enjoys cooking, traveling, hiking, bird watching, attending her son’s baseball games, and spending time in the city of Chicago with her family.
